About the Applications Integrations Systems Analyst Role
Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking an Applications Integrations Systems Analyst for a full-time position in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah cities. This role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on implementing, deploying, and supporting application software to enhance healthcare delivery and align IT solutions with clinical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and customization of new or existing applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Act as Level 2 support for assigned applications, resolving bugs and errors within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze end-user requirements and assist in designing solutions to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new software applications and major updates, ensuring minimal disruption and system compatibility.
- Utilize IT data for analysis and reporting to identify areas for development and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors for specialized application support to ensure tools meet end-user needs.
- Continuously monitor application performance to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure patient privacy is maintained in all applications, adhering strictly to confidentiality and data protection best practices.
- Stay informed about technological advancements in IT and the pharmacy sector, exploring innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure IT solutions align with business needs and facilitate effective healthcare delivery.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: BSc in IT, preferably in MIS Systems Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in an IT applications function, with a preference for experience in the retail or a related industry.
Technical Skills and Proficiencies
- Proficiency in specific store applications and general retail systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Java, Python, or .NET.
- Skills in database technologies including SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
- Knowledge of various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with common ERP and CRM platforms like SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Understanding of various operating systems including Windows and Linux.
Language Proficiency
Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
Work Environment Details
This is a full-time, indoor position. The standard work week consists of 5 working days, with 2 days off. Working hours are typically from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a 1-hour break.
