Jia Company announces the availability of a job vacancy for the position of "Nursing Specialist" to work within our specialized team in providing care services

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution.

• At least 5 years of practical experience in the field of nursing.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (speaking and writing).

• Open nationality – all nationalities are welcomed.

Required Technical Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience in emergency and intensive care.

• Comprehensive knowledge of procedures:

• Feeding Tubes

• Tracheostomy Care

• Accurate and professional monitoring of vital signs and understanding of the skills required for change of maintenance and other care requirements for training the staff.

Leadership and Organizational Skills:

• Ability to lead and direct a multicultural and experienced nursing team.

• Regularly monitor the performance of nursing staff and service providers to ensure the quality of care provided.

• Provide supervision and professional support to caregivers for the elderly and develop their performance.

Important Notes and Conditions

1- Mobility is required to visit clients in their homes from time to time.

2- Transportation is provided by the applicant for the job, and having a car is preferred.
