Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily management of department duties.
• Assign tasks to associates to meet daily production goals.
• Conduct briefings, give feedback, and perform audits and inspections.
• Train and upskill new associates.
• Track and report departmental metrics.
• Analyze factors affecting success in meeting KPIs.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures as necessary.
• Enhance product flow throughout the station and address safety hazards.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and maintain physical activity during shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Job Description

• Support daily middle mile operations by:
  • Assist in monitoring shipment flow, vehicle movement, and delivery execution.
  • Help manage operational exceptions such as delays, failed deliveries, or route deviations.
• Process Improvement & Analysis:
  • Apply Industrial Engineering tools to analyze workflows, cycle times, and resource utilization.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and process mapping) by helping identify process inefficiencies and assisting in implementing operational improvements.
  • Collect, analyze, and report operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track key KPIs such as on-time delivery, productivity, and utilization.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports using Excel or reporting tools.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
• 0–1 year of experience.
• Fresh graduate.
• Knowledge of basic Industrial Engineering concepts (process mapping, time studies, KPIs).
• Good understanding of Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement fundamentals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables preferred).
• Ability to interpret operational data and prepare reports.
