Key Responsibilities

• Support organization design and broader organizational development initiatives.
• Manage activities related to job architecture and the overall organization structure.
• Provide support for total rewards initiatives, including salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and market data evaluation.
• Support culture and employee engagement initiatives, encompassing survey analysis, action planning, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate HR projects, engage with relevant stakeholders, and prepare professional presentations and reports.
• Work effectively with data, HR policies, and organizational structures to align with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of organizational development initiatives.
