We aim to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities to be active, vocal, and productive members of their communities from an early age. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant specializing in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for our office in Jeddah.

Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for assisting the finance department with day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable (AP):
    • Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate cost allocations.
    • Prepare payment vouchers and follow up for approvals.
    • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
    • Maintain records of expenses and supporting documentation.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR):
    • Prepare customer invoices and follow up on collections.
    • Record receipts and update customer ledger balances.
    • Reconcile AR accounts and investigate variances.
    • Coordinate with departments for timely billing.
  • General Accounting:
    • Assist with monthly closing activities.
    • Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
    • Support audit requirements by providing documents and schedules.
    • Assist the finance team in compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Nationality: Saudi Arabia.
  • Good and fluent English speaking skills are required.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Hands-on experience with AP/AR processes is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
