We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to accurately process employee payroll and manage benefits administration while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payroll, including salaries, deductions, and bonuses
  • Administer benefits such as health insurance, leave balances, and retirement plans
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal payroll policies
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare related journal entries
  • Maintain accurate employee records for compensation and benefits
  • Respond to employee payroll and benefits queries professionally

Skills Required:
  • Proficient in payroll systems and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, or ADP)
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and reconciliation
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and statutory compliance
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage strict deadlines and handle sensitive data
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources
  • 35 years of experience in payroll and benefits accounting
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
  • Preference will be given to Saudi nationals

  • Proficient in accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics/SAP S4 Hana.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (*, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA).
  • Strong time management skills.
