Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional photographer to document real estate projects at all stages, shoot promotional and advertising videos, and create visually appealing content that reflects the quality of the projects and the professionalism of the company. The photographer will work in collaboration with the marketing and editing team to provide professional content that enhances the visual identity of Golden Anan.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Shooting real estate projects (apartments - extensions - facades - entrances - internal and external facilities).
  • Covering the construction phases of projects (excavation, pouring, finishing, opening).
  • Shooting company events, meetings, and field visits.
  • Shooting marketing videos according to the marketing plan in coordination with the content writer and editor.
  • Preparing lighting and equipment on-site to ensure high quality.
  • Delivering photos and videos in high quality and on time.
  • Archiving and organizing files professionally for future reference.
  • Working on capturing creative shots that highlight the beauty of real estate designs and the project's location.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in real estate photography and videography.
  • Ability to travel and shoot in various locations within the city of Jeddah.
  • High artistic sense and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to deadlines and ability to complete tasks within the specified times.
  • Previous samples of real estate work are preferred.
