About the Role:
As a Production Supervisor at Match, you will lead and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. This position requires a strong leader dedicated to driving operational efficiency while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Supervise daily production activities to meet production goals and quality standards.
  • Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring they have the skills and resources necessary to perform efficiently and safely.
  • Monitor and enforce safety policies to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
  • Coordinate workflows and collaborate with other departments such as maintenance and quality control for smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and achieve targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding safety and quality.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities for maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Prepare production reports and communicate results to management.
  • Assist in the development of process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Foster a motivated and engaged production staff, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
