Modern Mills For Food Products Co. is seeking a Programmer / Software Developer to join their team in Jeddah. This is a full-time position focused on the development, maintenance, and improvement of the company's internal software systems.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing all in-house .NET applications and services. This role involves managing and improving the company’s intranet portal, building and supporting integrations using .NET technologies, and contributing to microservices development. The primary objective is to deliver stable, secure, and scalable solutions that support daily business operations and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance all internal .NET applications to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
• Design and manage the organization’s intranet portal, including new features, UI updates, and performance improvements.
• Build and support system integrations using .NET frameworks, APIs, and web services.
• Develop and maintain microservices to improve scalability, performance, and modularity of internal systems.
• Handle front-end requirements using JavaScript, ensuring clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Customize, configure, and support SharePoint solutions, including workflows, sites, and document management.
• Design and support mobile application interfaces and workflows, ensuring usability and consistency with backend services.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes to maintain high system availability.
• Collaborate with IT, business teams, and external partners to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation for applications, integrations, and system processes.
• Ensure all solutions follow security standards, best practices, and organizational policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending new technologies, tools, and development approaches.

Technical Environment and Focus

The role primarily involves working with .NET technologies for application development, services, frameworks, APIs, and web services. Expertise in JavaScript for front-end development, SharePoint customization and administration, and microservices development is essential. The position also includes design and support for mobile application interfaces.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in software development, specifically with .NET applications and related technologies.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role requires on-site presence to collaborate with IT and business teams effectively.
