(Project Manager)

About the Role

Eventsgate is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Makkah, with work locations including Jeddah and Makkah. This part-time role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects, ensuring they align with established budgets, timelines, and scope. The Project Manager will also be key in monitoring project progress and providing updates to relevant stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and manage project timelines effectively.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and team members.
• Coach and support project team members in completing assigned tasks.
• Plan project phases and allocate tasks according to recognized local work scopes.
• Track budgets and costs to ensure projects or events do not exceed their allocated budget.
• Manage on-site risks and ensure operations comply with safety requirements and executive directives.
• Submit periodic performance and achievement reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Communicate with local suppliers and contractors to secure site requirements.
• Monitor quality and ensure project deliverables are submitted on schedule.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in project and event management.

Required Skills

• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Work Type and Location

This is a part-time position based in the Makkah region, with operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires active involvement in managing projects across these locations.
