Join Umm Al Qura For Development and Construction as a Public Relations / Stakeholder Specialist!
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to cultivate and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, supporting the advancement of our mission and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Stakeholder Lead in developing, reviewing, and updating core project communication materials, including key messages, Q&A documents, response lines, briefings, and presentations.
  • Research, populate, and manage a database of events, forums, and speaking opportunities; prepare recommendations for project team participation accordingly.
  • Ensure stakeholder inquiries, feedback, and requests are effectively communicated to relevant technical teams, while monitoring and analyzing feedback from stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all stakeholder interactions and ensure timely logging in the stakeholder engagement database.
  • Organize and manage internal and external coordination activities to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
  • Prepare and implement a detailed, time-bound stakeholder engagement and public relations plan.
  • Facilitate structured and effective communication between company departments and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholders are fully informed and aligned, and that all related systems, processes, and communication channels are integrated.
  • Coordinate and support group meetings, committee meetings, and stakeholder engagements, ensuring agendas are prepared and minutes of meetings are recorded as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in large-scale development projects, commercial real estate, and joint ventures.
  • Proven experience managing both internal and external stakeholders and building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Strong background in contracting and client-side engagement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in coordinating across mega projects, ensuring alignment between multiple stakeholders and project objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand individual motivations and perspectives.
  • Hands-on experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.
