Join Procter & Gamble as a Purchasing Manager!
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to oversee our procurement operations in Jeddah. This is an exciting opportunity to optimize purchasing processes, secure favorable commercial agreements, and ensure an ethical acquisition of goods and services that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for cost savings and improved supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable commercial agreements.
  • Conduct competitive bids and analyze proposals for selection of the best suppliers.
  • Manage the entire procurement process from requisition to payment using platforms such as Coupa.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manage performance.
  • Utilize analytics to identify opportunities for improvement within procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with Anti-Bribery policies and uphold the highest ethical standards.
  • Conduct assessments to mitigate risks in the procurement process.
  • Drive cash acceleration initiatives through effective negotiation and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and information security protocols.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage market dynamics in strategies.
  • Strategic thinking abilities and a solid understanding of financial principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Adept at working in cross-functional teams within a complex structure.
