Match is seeking a dedicated Retail Leasing Specialist to join our team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on the Southern region to support the expansion and management of our retail portfolio.

The Role

The Retail Leasing Specialist will play a crucial role in securing and managing retail spaces, contributing directly to the growth of the company's retail presence. This position involves active engagement with landlords and internal teams to ensure strategic leasing and smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate lease agreements with landlords and mall management.
• Identify and evaluate new retail locations and leasing opportunities.
• Support store expansion plans and ensure timely lease execution.
• Manage lease renewals, negotiations, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store openings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi retail and mall landscape.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Saudi market experience is preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position primarily located in Jeddah and Makkah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement within the specified geographic area to manage and expand the retail portfolio effectively.
