What You'll Be Doing
Our Retail Manager is responsible for ensuring that Store Directors/Managers maximize the commercial performance of their retail shops and deliver exceptional Guest Experience. Our Retail Manager is also responsible for establishing a bridge between back-office and their network of stores which they control/audit on a continuous basis and implement corrective solutions and actions.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Understand the brand strategy and cascade within the given network
• In conjunction with Marketing, ensure the full implementation of the of the marketing and CX strategies and programs
• Implement Brand guidelines taking in consideration each market specifications
• Agree on a yearly calendar of sales with commercial team
• Control discount and margins to insure constant business profitability
• Follow up periodically on the sales figures per line and stock at hand (Sell-Out)
• Manage potential shortages, reverse orders and inform merchandising team on the status
• Record, monitor and analyze market trends, competitors' activities
• Provide commercial with quantitative and qualitative reports using data from market studies and in-house systems
• Define sales target per sales team member
• Manage P&L for the brand at hand
• Monitor the performance of the brand and send recommendation
• Manage the organization's resources within budget guidelines
• Provide prompt, thorough, and accurate information to keep management appropriately informed of the brand financial position
• Monitor and coach team members to ensure transfer of know-how and continuous positive work environment
• Monitor team members performance and provide formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize efficiency

Medicals International is seeking a passionate and driven individual to manage and organize all accounts related to their assigned territory in the ophthalmology line. This role is pivotal in achieving sales targets and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Main Function:
- Manage and organize all accounts in the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets through adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:
I. Marketing Function:
1. Implement marketing plans set by management.
2. Conduct research to keep knowledge updated and share insights with stakeholders.
3. Provide necessary training on products for practitioners and assistants.
4. Maintain a professional company image by upholding strong work ethics and product knowledge.
5. Handle customer complaints professionally and respond to queries knowledgeably.

II. Selling Function:
1. Introduce and sell the full product line using appropriate selling techniques.
2. Aim to reach sales targets by following a monthly schedule.
3. Conduct a minimum of 15 sales calls daily.
4. Handle orders and agreements according to company standards.
5. Follow up on client payments ethically.

III. Managerial/Administrative:
1. Optimize time in assigned territory while minimizing costs.
2. Track customer history and manage records appropriately.
3. Prepare monthly schedules in coordination with the supervisor.
4. Submit daily reports of activities.

Special Conditions:
- This is a field job requiring constant travel.
- A valid driving license is essential.
- Regular email connectivity is required.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s is preferable.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about the company’s products.
