Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the national sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage regional sales teams across multiple cities.
  • Set and monitor sales KPIs to ensure consistent performance across all regions.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and expand market share.
  • Manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align on commercial goals.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or national role.
  • Strong track record in retail, distribution, or FMCG sectors within Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple regions and deliver measurable growth.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
