Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Research and communicate with project owners and contractors to market and sell aluminum and glass installation services.

  • Visit residential and commercial projects that need aluminum and glass installation, whether new or renovations.

  • Provide detailed price quotes to clients based on their specific needs for aluminum and glass.

  • Negotiate prices and payment terms with clients effectively to ensure the best offers for the company.

  • Follow up on the contracting process with clients and ensure everything aligns with the specified requirements.

  • Maintain strong relationships with current and new clients, and ensure their complete satisfaction with the service provided.

  • Offer promotional offers or discounts to attract new clients and encourage them to make quick decisions.

  • Organize and schedule meetings with implementation teams to ensure project delivery on time and according to specified standards.

  • Collect market information and competition and provide periodic reports on developments that could affect the sales strategy.

  • Conduct field visits to showcase samples and products to clients, and provide technical advice if needed.

Requirements:
  • Experience of at least two years in project sales, preferably in the field of aluminum or glass or building materials.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate with clients.
  • Flexible personality capable of working under pressure.
  • Ability to manage time and organize work effectively.
  • Strong sales skills and a good understanding of clients' needs in the construction sector.
  • Preferably have a strong network of relationships with contractors, architects, and project owners.
  • A car and a valid driving license
