Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the school leader in driving the school’s vision and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Oversee student welfare and behavior management, collaborating with the Student Guidance Department to professionally resolve disputes.
  • Enhance curriculum programs alongside academic supervisors and the development team while supporting the professional growth of staff.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff performance through assessment and mentoring initiatives.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, resource allocation, and crisis management plans for efficient school operations.
  • Strengthen parent and community engagement to enhance student learning and school culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership; postgraduate qualifications are preferable.
  • At least 5 years of experience in school leadership or management within an international school context.
  • Ability to lead teams and implement strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Expertise in welfare and behavior management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in staff development and performance evaluation.
