Job Description

Our company is looking for an organized secretary with excellent communication skills to join our team. She will be responsible for managing the appointment schedule, coordinating internal and external meetings, and will have the ability to withstand pressure and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently with flexible working hours, either morning or evening, depending on the business needs, at a rate of only 4 working hours per day initially. We will provide a sophisticated and exemplary work environment and a qualitative addition to your previous experience record. Main tasks include: Full proficiency in Office programs, Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings, Responding to phone calls, emails, and inquiries, Preparing necessary reports and documents, Maintaining confidentiality of information.

Requirements

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
