Role Overview: Security Officer (Saudi National - Female)

The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, residents, visitors, and colleagues at Silver Sands Beach. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves monitoring and patrolling the property, responding to incidents, and enforcing property regulations. The role is based in Jeddah and is open to Saudi National females.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the property, including guest areas, residential zones, beach access points, and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, residents, visitors, and colleagues at all times.
• Control access at entry and exit points, verifying identification and managing visitor logs.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, including medical situations, disturbances, or security breaches.
• Provide assistance to guests and residents in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conduct routine checks of security systems, including CCTV, fire safety equipment, and access control systems.
• Report and document incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support evacuation procedures and emergency drills as required.
• Coordinate with local authorities (police, ambulance, fire services) when necessary.
• Enforce property rules and regulations for both short-term guests and long-term residents.
