About the Role

Al Yahya Real Estate Development is seeking a qualified and motivated Site Civil Engineer to join their team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with projects spanning Jeddah and Makkah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities and ensuring projects are executed according to approved plans and specifications.

Role Purpose

The Site Civil Engineer will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across construction projects. This involves direct supervision of site operations and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports.
Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on site.
Review quantities, materials, and work completed before approvals.
Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to management.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Proven ability to oversee construction activities and manage project timelines.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
