About the Site Supervisor Role

Orient Castle Contracting Company is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities in Makkah and Jeddah. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in construction supervision, responsible for ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate work schedules and assignments for construction personnel.
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report identified hazards.
• Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
• Oversee the management of on-site materials and equipment.
• Ensure efficient use and proper storage of materials.
• Act as a liaison between the project manager, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resource requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction operations.

Working Relationships

The Site Supervisor will report to the Project Manager and provide direct supervision and support to construction workers and foremen. Collaboration with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory inspectors is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision or similar roles.
• OSHA certification or relevant safety training is required.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in construction management software.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with work sites located in Jeddah and Makkah.
