About Justlife and the Role

Justlife is seeking a Social Media Executive to manage its social media presence in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. Justlife connects hundreds of thousands of people across the GCC with home services, and this position is crucial for building the brand's story within the Kingdom.

Role Purpose and Context

The Social Media Executive will own Justlife KSA's social media end-to-end, focusing on creating content that resonates with the local Saudi audience. This is a new, KSA-localised position designed to make the brand feel native in Saudi Arabia. The role offers significant autonomy to develop and implement creative content strategies, moving beyond simple posting and scheduling. A strong understanding of the predominantly female creator roster and audience in Saudi Arabia is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a consistent KSA content calendar, from planning to shipping.
• Create content that resonates with a Saudi audience and drives measurable social engagement.
• Execute influencer campaigns, managing all aspects from initial outreach to launch.
• Drive video shoots across Saudi Arabia, handling the brief, crew, location, and output.
• Localise central brand direction into content that feels genuinely native in Saudi.
• Collaborate closely with central branding, performance marketing teams, designers, copywriters, and the UAE social media team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, demonstrating ownership of real channels.
• Native or fluent Arabic, with the capability to produce Arabic-first, on-brand content.
• Based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam) and willing to travel across the Kingdom for shoots.
• Proven ability to organize and execute video shoots (briefing, crew, location, output), even if not personally filming.
• A keen understanding of what makes content successful with a Saudi audience, including trends, formats, and tone.
• Strong drive and autonomy to manage social media end-to-end and transform ideas into tangible content.
• Preferred: Video shooting and editing skills.
• Preferred: Graphic design capabilities.
• Preferred: Experience in creating content for a predominantly female creator community and audience.
