Role Overview

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Account Manager Projects Sales to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is open to Saudi Nationals Only. The Sr Account Manager will be instrumental in managing key accounts, fostering strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Projects Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and support continuous growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Projects Sales and account management, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling ELV and low current Systems (Solutions).

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based at the Honeywell office location in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
