We are seeking a responsible Warehouse Storekeeper to manage all warehouse activities. The role entails arranging incoming materials, utilizing RF devices for stock identification, and ensuring the safe delivery of materials according to production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control receiving activities of materials ensuring compliance with Purchase Orders.
  • Store items as per location and quality approval.
  • Issue materials according to production orders and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Report discrepancies in incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Support GMP and Safety requirements during warehouse operations.
  • Utilize forklifts and trolleys for material transport.

Accountability:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely delivery to production.
  • Strict adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
  • Identify and escalate risks as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:
  • College education in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of GMP and licenses for manual handling and forklift operation.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in SAP.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
