About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Supervisor Systems to join their team in Makkah, with operations also extending to Jeddah. This full-time position involves overseeing and resolving technical issues related to computer software and systems, providing essential technical guidance, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems concerning computer software and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to address business problems.
• Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements for system efficiency.
• Operate computer and peripheral equipment by entering commands and activating controls.
• Support, manage, and maintain application programs and user accounts.
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions.
• Train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
• Manage and coordinate planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation for telecommunications activities, including client/server support.
• Advise on administrative policies, procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods related to telecommunications.

Team Leadership and Support

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Serve as a role model and the initial point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.

Operational Compliance and Efficiency

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and protect company assets.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with others.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new methods to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to visually verify information.
• Proficiency in entering and locating information using computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role requires a proactive approach to system management and team leadership within a dynamic environment.
