Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and adhere to curriculum standards.
  • Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through tests, assignments, and observations.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
  • Address diverse learning needs by providing tailored guidance, extra help, or resources to ensure all students succeed.
  • Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to share progress, address concerns, and support students' overall development.

Requirements:
  • Completed Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proven teaching qualifications (Bachelor / Master's in Education, or PGCE / QTS / equivalent).
  • 3+ years of experience with exposure to international curriculum (BSO, IB, or others).
  • Proficiency in the subject matter and key teaching skills.
  • Qualifications in child protection and safeguarding are essential; NPQ and other teaching professional development qualifications are advantageous.
