The Role of Technical Manager – Project Controls

SJ Group is seeking an experienced Technical Manager – Project Controls to manage project planning, scheduling, cost management, risk analysis, and performance reporting for major infrastructure programs. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project controls activities, including planning, scheduling, cost engineering, risk management, and progress monitoring.
• Develop, review, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project costs, quantities, schedule performance, and delivery progress.
• Prepare and analyze project performance reports, dashboards, and management information.
• Develop integrated schedules identifying interdependencies between projects and programs.
• Support the preparation and review of project implementation and management plans.
• Utilize Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software to monitor and control project performance.
• Identify schedule and cost risks and provide technical analysis to support corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess over 10 years of experience in project controls, specifically within major infrastructure programs.
