Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Agent to join our Sales team. This role involves contacting assigned leads, engaging potential customers, and converting leads into confirmed sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales discipline, and the ability to meet predefined sales targets while maintaining accurate records and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and manage a defined group of leads assigned by the sales team.
  • Proactively contact leads via phone calls and approved communication channels.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable products or plans.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales.
  • Follow approved sales scripts, offers, and pricing guidelines.
  • Accurately update lead status, call outcomes, and customer notes in the system after each interaction.
  • Follow up with leads according to the defined sales process and timelines.
  • Coordinate with customer service or operations teams when escalation or support is required.
  • Maintain a professional tone and positively represent the brand at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling.
  • Ability to work with CRM systems or lead management tools.
  • Strong time management and follow-up discipline.
  • Ability to work toward targets and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in tele-sales, call centers, or inside sales.
  • Experience in subscription-based or service-oriented businesses.
  • Familiarity with customer objection handling and closing techniques.
