مسؤوليات الدور
- تنفيذ عمليات البيع الهاتفي اليومية بفعالية وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية الخاصة بخدمات وحلول الامتياز التجاري.
- تقديم استشارات أولية للعملاء المهتمين بفرص الامتياز، وتوضيح مزايا العروض بطريقة احترافية.
- بناء علاقات مستدامة مع العملاء المحتملين ورواد الأعمال، وتعزيز الثقة في خدمات الشركة.
- توثيق جميع التفاعلات مع العملاء باستخدام نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) وإعداد تقارير دورية دقيقة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل وإقناع عالية، مع قدرة على تبسيط مفاهيم الامتياز التجاري للعملاء.
- خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات الهاتفية أو مركز الاتصال، ويفضل في مجال الامتياز التجاري أو الاستشارات.
- قدرة على فهم وتحليل احتياجات العملاء واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التنظيم والمتابعة، مع دقة في التفاصيل.
