About the Role

Jazera Arabia Contracting is seeking a Tendering Engineer Pricing & Estimation to join their team in Makkah, with work locations including Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on the preparation of competitive technical and commercial proposals within the contracting and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cost estimation for various projects.
Prepare bids and develop technical and commercial proposals.
Perform quantity take-offs for infrastructure works, building construction, and transmission pipelines projects.
Review contracts, tender documents, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Analyze technical specifications to ensure accurate proposal development.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
5 to 8 years of experience in a tendering and estimation department within the contracting and construction industry.
Demonstrated experience in cost estimation, bid preparation, quantity take-off, and technical & commercial proposal development.
Experience with infrastructure works, building construction, and transmission pipelines projects.

Required Skills

Strong analytical skills.
Effective negotiation skills.
Proficient communication skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of market pricing.
Good understanding of contract review and tender document analysis.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to projects in Jeddah. The role involves working within the tendering and estimation department of a contracting and construction company.
