About the Role

Jazera Arabia Contracting is seeking a Tendering Engineer Pricing & Estimation to join their team in Makkah, with work locations including Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on the preparation of competitive technical and commercial proposals within the contracting and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cost estimation for various projects.
• Prepare bids and develop technical and commercial proposals.
• Perform quantity take-offs for infrastructure works, building construction, and transmission pipelines projects.
• Review contracts, tender documents, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Analyze technical specifications to ensure accurate proposal development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a tendering and estimation department within the contracting and construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience in cost estimation, bid preparation, quantity take-off, and technical & commercial proposal development.
• Experience with infrastructure works, building construction, and transmission pipelines projects.

Required Skills

Work Environment
