TPM Supervisor

About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a TPM Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves conducting complex preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, installation, and commissioning tasks with minimal supervision. The TPM Supervisor will also be responsible for direct client interaction to ensure high levels of satisfaction and efficient execution of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, installation, and commissioning under minimal supervision.
• Interface directly with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Manage assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution timelines and customer satisfaction goals.
• Set and achieve daily operational objectives, often with direct impact on others within the area.
• Occasionally set and deliver operational objectives that directly impact achieving results within the area.
• Explain facts, practices, and policies to both internal and external parties.
• Infrequently use influence to convince internal and external parties to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
• Adapt or enhance quality or value in existing methods and make improvements as part of day-to-day activities.
• Address problems that may be vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree with 1 year of suggested minimum experience, or a 2-year degree with 6 years of suggested minimum experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.
• This is an individual contributor role with no direct responsibility for leading others.
• Application of knowledge is limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.

Work Environment

This role is based in Jeddah and operates on a full-time basis. The TPM Supervisor will work within a professional environment, engaging directly with clients and internal teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
