About the Opportunity

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Trainee Business Analyst to join its team in Jeddah. This internship offers a foundational opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of professional experience to develop core skills in business analysis and support critical operational functions.

Role Purpose

The Trainee Business Analyst will contribute to various projects by executing assigned tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality documentation, and providing comprehensive support to the team. This role is designed for a proactive individual eager to learn and apply business analysis methodologies in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• PMO & Tracking:
  • Create and maintain trackers on Excel for small projects.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports based on project data.
• Business Analysis:
  • Gather technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Ensure all documents receive proper sign-off and approval from the business owner (Direct Manager).
• Dashboard Logic & Development:
  • Develop dashboards using Power BI.
  • Understand the underlying logic of existing dashboards and enhance them as directed.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and yearly reports from dashboard data.
