Job Description

- Booking and issuing travel tickets on the Amadeus booking system.

- Hotel reservations and tourism programs.

- Providing appropriate consultations to customers about travel options, routes, prices, and available offers.

- Following up on reservations, modifications, and cancellations and processing any related developments.

- Providing professional customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

- Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and tourism service providers.

- Contributing to achieving sales targets according to company policies.

- Building relationships

Requirements

GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
Requires 5-10 Years experience
Expert or Advanced in English
