Role Overview

The Ubuntu User will work independently to install applications and meticulously record actions while completing assigned tasks. This role requires patience, concentration, and a strong attention to detail. Candidates must possess their own computer running Ubuntu/Linux and be comfortable with installing necessary applications and tools for project execution. While advanced AI experience is not required, a tech-savvy approach, reliability, and adherence to instructions are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow detailed written guidelines and apply them accurately.
• Install and utilize required applications on a personal Ubuntu/Linux computer.
• Review completed work for errors prior to submission.
• Identify and report inconsistencies, unclear instructions, or technical issues.
• Maintain focus and attention to detail during repetitive or data-intensive tasks.
• Complete assigned work within agreed weekly availability, approximately 15 hours per week.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with the project team when support is required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI model training data quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Access to a personal computer operating on Ubuntu/Linux.
• Comfortable with installing necessary applications, tools, and project software.
• Demonstrated tech-savviness and ability to follow setup instructions independently.
• Availability for approximately 15 hours per week.
• Possess patience, concentration, and a strong detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to follow written instructions carefully and consistently.
• Comfortable performing structured and potentially repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer literacy and confidence in using browser-based tools.
• Reliable, responsive, and capable of meeting task deadlines.
