Join Our Team as a Senior Urban Planner!
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Urban Planner to join our team in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the urban planning component of major development projects, ensuring alignment with local standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities to facilitate and finalize masterplan approvals.
  • Advise on planning strategies, identify potential risks, and recommend effective mitigation measures.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with public entities, consultants, and developers.
  • Monitor zoning applications, land-use policies, and permitting procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Evaluate and analyze ongoing urban planning projects and propose enhancements.
  • Prepare and present professional reports, studies, and planning documentation for stakeholders and approval bodies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive planning and design outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in urban planning, preferably with engineering consultancy firms.
  • Proven knowledge of local urban planning regulations, standards, and permitting processes.
  • Strong understanding of urban development stages and the master planning process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, BIM and other relevant urban planning software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
