We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Coordinator to be a part of Integrated Personnel Services Limited in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team while assisting in the management of human capital for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
- Utilize both English and Arabic for effective communication in negotiations.
- Drive recruitment in the Saudi market, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in manpower recruitment or human resources.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • A valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Experience in the Saudi market is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Availability: Immediate joining is preferred.

  • Strong Communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in providing innovative animation solutions.
  • Familiarity with animation software (*, Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, or Blender) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or creative agencies is an advantage.
