We are looking for an enthusiastic Vehicle Rental Agent to ensure an optimal rental experience for our customers by maximizing sales and service opportunities. You will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and assisting with their vehicle rental needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to answer questions and address concerns regarding their reservations or rental vehicles.
  • Assist customers in choosing a vehicle that meets their needs based on price and size.
  • Inform customers of any existing damage on the vehicle before renting it.
  • Prepare rental agreements, advising on vehicle options while informing customers of contract details, rental policies, and procedures.
  • Manage vehicle maintenance, inventory, cash sheets, and daily business reports.
  • Process payments and prepare bank deposits.
  • Open and close rental agreements in the system in compliance with company policies.
  • Collect rental charges from customers using various payment methods.
  • Ensure vehicles are cleaned and filled with gas for the next client.
  • Oversee drivers in checking vehicle accessories and handling complaints related to damage.

Qualifications:
Experience of 1-3 years in a similar role is required. Education qualification: Any Graduation.
