About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Lead Generation Representative to join our team at Tanfeez Design & Contracting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an outdoor environment and enjoys engaging with potential clients to generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Roam around Jeddah daily to visit real estate projects, construction sites, residential neighborhoods, commercial areas, and showrooms.

  • Take pictures, collect contact information, and report back daily with detailed notes on possible leads.
  • Build relationships with professionals in relevant industries (brokers, site engineers, property managers, etc.) to stay updated on new opportunities.
  • Distribute business cards and marketing materials where appropriate.
  • Maintain a clear and organized database of leads and follow-up tasks.
  • Report to management daily with findings and recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Must be based in Jeddah and very familiar with its neighborhoods and real estate hotspots.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — must be comfortable approaching people.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and persistent with a strong work ethic.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
  • Previous experience in real estate, construction, or sales is a plus.
  • Basic reporting and smartphone skills (taking photos, writing notes, using WhatsApp or CRM tools).
