Role Overview:
As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests. Your duties will include:
  • Welcoming guests and ensuring they are attended to, including presenting menus, assisting with recommendations, and handling orders and payments.
  • Ensuring that the outlet’s stock is replenished and checked regularly.
  • Maintaining an organized pantry, coordinating with the purchasing team for necessary requisitions, and ensuring expired items are replaced.
  • Liaising with the Supervisor and Assistant Manager regarding guest charges.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the designated area at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Service-focused personality is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a passion for service.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Certifications (CIPP, CPP or relevant procurement certifications)
- 23 years of procurement experience
- Experience in Retail, Logistics, Real Estate, IF&B sectors in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and UAE markets.
