The Role of Warehouse Assistant

Clay Clinic is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient management of both medical and operational inventory, thereby supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize all incoming stock and deliveries accurately.
• Monitor current stock levels and assist in the timely reordering of clinic products and supplies.
• Prepare and accurately issue necessary supplies to various clinic departments as required.
• Maintain the warehouse area to ensure it is consistently clean, organized, and compliant with all clinic standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate effectively with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure consistent and timely stock replenishment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is required; experience within a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
• A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based within the Makkah region, supporting the operational needs of Clay Clinic locations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a hands-on approach within a dynamic clinic environment.
