Join Aquat Food Industries as a Warehouse Manager!
We are seeking an effective and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehousing and distribution operations in Jeddah. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee daily functions, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage the warehouse aligning with company policies.
  • Oversee the entire warehousing process, including receiving and dispatch.
  • Design and implement effective warehouse layouts for optimal space utilization.
  • Develop and enforce operational procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding warehousing and shipping.
  • Maintain rigorous health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
  • Lead stock control and reconcile inventory regularly.
  • Prepare and manage the annual warehouse budget and report on financial performance.
  • Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve KPIs.
  • Generate reports and monitor service quality continuously.

Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management procedures and inventory systems.
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple shifts.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Understanding of budgetary and financial processes.
  • Good communication skills for relationship building.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (APICS, Six Sigma, OSHA) are a plus.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a food manufacturing company.

  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems (ERP, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across multiple construction sites.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HSE standards and material handling best practices.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with mega or infrastructure construction projects.
