About the Role

TatwirCo is seeking a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join its team in Makkah, supporting operations across Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is designed for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in customer interaction and sales support, particularly within the real estate sector.

Role Summary

The Call Center Specialist will play a pivotal role in engaging with potential clients, facilitating their journey to sales centers, and providing essential support to the sales team. This position is critical for achieving daily and monthly targets related to calls and appointments, ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact through to their visit to the sales center.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential clients and schedule appointments for sales center visits.
• Achieve established daily and monthly targets for calls and appointments.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their attendance at the sales center.
• Accurately update client data within the CRM system.
• Coordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure client conversion and ongoing follow-up.
• Provide initial information about projects and respond to client inquiries.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Previous experience in call centers or real estate sales is preferred.

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in computer usage and CRM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and perform effectively under pressure.
