About the Role

AutoHub Saudi Arabia is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in Makkah, serving both Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves assisting customers in understanding their vehicle's maintenance and repair options, and addressing their questions before service is scheduled with a technician.

Role Purpose

The Service Advisor acts as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication regarding vehicle service needs. This position is crucial for diagnosing issues, explaining necessary repairs, and confirming customer understanding and approval for work to be performed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnoses to identify root causes, required repairs, and parts for replacement.
• Confirm diagnoses with customers using appropriate diagnostic check sheets to ensure awareness of planned repairs.
• Provide detailed information to customers regarding necessary services and repairs for their vehicles.
• Introduce new services to customers to promote upselling opportunities.
• Greet customers, assess their needs, and schedule appointments as required.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their requirements and relay essential information to Service Technicians for optimal service delivery.
• Answer questions concerning service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, and manage vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and effective manner.
• Follow up with customers regarding estimate approvals, service updates, and completed work.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose vehicle issues and communicate technical information clearly.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, serving customers from both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves direct interaction with customers and collaboration with service technicians in a dynamic automotive service environment.
