* *Project Manager:* Preferably with previous experience in project management in Jeddah, capable of full supervision of the workflow and ensuring implementation with the required quality and within the specified deadlines.

* *Civil Engineer (Technical Office):* Proficient in preparing and calculating quantities, reviewing drawings, and managing technical documents for projects.

* *2 Building Supervisors:* Extensive experience in supervising foundation and finishing works to ensure quality implementation and compliance with specifications.
