About the Role

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance is seeking a qualified B2 Instructor to join our team in Khamīs Mushayţ, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is essential for delivering high-quality technical training to our maintenance personnel, ensuring adherence to the highest industry standards.

Role Overview

As a B2 Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, creating instructional materials, and supervising new technicians. This role requires a strong background in aviation maintenance, specifically with the H145 helicopter, and proven experience in technical instruction and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and instruct On-the-Job Training (OJT) curriculum for entry-level and experienced maintenance technicians.
• Create and utilize effective teaching aids such as charts, graphs, handouts, overheads, and slides for technical training courses.
• Directly supervise new maintenance technicians during training evaluations.
• Maintain training records in adherence to PSS/GSAC policies and procedures using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deliver technical training courses related to H145 maintenance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in avionics specialty or a recognized aviation training program (Minimum 2 years).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience (Military or Civilian) in H145 Maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Instructor.
• Possess a Type Rating in H145 from an approved organization by the OEM.
• Experience in developing and instructing OJT curriculum for maintenance technicians.
• Experience in developing teaching aids for technical training.
• Experience in directly supervising new maintenance technicians during training evaluations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for maintaining training records.
• English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS or equivalent for non-native speakers (listening, speaking, reading & writing). English proficiency will be evaluated during the PSS/GSAC interview for those who do not meet this requirement.
• All requirements and information in the CV must be proven by a copy of an official document.
• Successful completion of the PSS/GSAC interview (attended physically or online).
• Passing security clearance from the KSA government.

Additional Information

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within defined deadlines.
• Immediately identify and report any customer quality or compliance concerns to the Quality Organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.
• Strong technical analytical skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Field Services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of a specific modality or multi-modalities; competence in at least one modality (MRI, CT, PET/CT, Nuclear, Xray, and Angiography) is a plus.
