We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and adjust machines following specific procedures and product requirements.
  • Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently, monitoring performance and identifying potential issues.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct routine checks and perform basic maintenance tasks to keep machines functioning optimally.
  • Load and unload raw materials, ensuring proper handling as per designated procedures.
  • Monitor production output and quality control, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
  • Prior experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take initiative in solving minor problems.
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to follow established procedures.
