Key Responsibilities:- Set up and adjust machines following specific procedures and product requirements.
- Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently, monitoring performance and identifying potential issues.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct routine checks and perform basic maintenance tasks to keep machines functioning optimally.
- Load and unload raw materials, ensuring proper handling as per designated procedures.
- Monitor production output and quality control, reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:- Prior experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative in solving minor problems.
