As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exemplary service that reflects our luxurious and exclusive brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and process check-ins for all arrivals.
  • Handle guest check-outs promptly and professionally.
  • Update guest information and manage cashiering duties accurately.
  • Assist with walk-in and call-in reservations as needed.
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, addressing requests and inquiries.
  • Resolve guest complaints and liaise with relevant departments for prompt solutions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
  • Prepare for daily arrivals, including special requests and room allocations.
  • Communicate effectively with incoming shifts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Report any unusual occurrences to the manager.

Qualifications:
  • A degree in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role at a star hotel.

  • Video Playback: Retrieve recorded footage upon request for investigation purposes or for guests or staff inquiries, adhering to data protection and confidentiality policies.
  • Collaboration with Security Team: Coordinate with other members of the security team to ensure comprehensive security coverage, especially during high-traffic times or events.
  • Access Control Support: Assist with access control procedures by monitoring and reporting on any unauthorized access attempts or breaches.
  • Compliance with Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures related to surveillance monitoring, data protection, and security protocols.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies or security situations by providing timely visual information to assist security personnel.

Qualifications:
