Join Accor as an Assistant Executive Pastry Chef!
At Accor, we believe in creating a workplace that brings purpose to your life. As a key member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to develop innovative Oriental menu concepts and ensure exceptional food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop new and innovative concepts in Oriental menus.
  • Participate in menu planning as appropriate and supervise oriental kitchen operations.
  • Direct and monitor preparation of all oriental dishes and ensure their correct presentation.
  • Communicate daily with the Executive Pastry Chef about operational information.
  • Inspect kitchen work stations and oversee food presentation on buffets.
  • Assist in preparing budget and staffing guides for the department.
  • Prepare, cook, and serve hot and cold sauces and oriental dishes.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Culinary Arts (preferred)
  • 3+ years in a luxury kitchen environment
  • Understanding of culinary profiles and techniques
  • Desire to learn new flavors and techniques
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends
